Our story

Where Family, Food & Tradition Come Together

Rosa Maria's is a neighborhood drive-in with deep local roots, and the food is what it has always been: familiar and filling.

The tortillas are handmade. The sauces and salsa are made in house. Beans, rice, chile rellenos, tacos and burritos are the heart of the menu, and the Garbage Burrito is the one people come back for.

Today, Rosa Maria’s continues to grow while staying true to the traditions that started it all. Across our five locations in Fontana, Highland, San Bernardino, Redlands, and Hesperia, we’re proud to keep the spirit of Rosa Maria’s alive.
